Graphic Designer

Redline is seeking q Graphic Designer to support Redline’s media, marketing, branding, and merchandise efforts by creating visual assets for digital, print, social media, and apparel use. This role helps ensure Redline’s public-facing materials are visually consistent, professional, and aligned with the organization’s brand and season identity.

The Graphic Designer works closely with the Media & Marketing Director and other admin/media personnel to create graphics for announcements, recruitment, auditions, fundraising, merchandise, events, show-specific needs, and general organizational communication.

Summary of Tasks:

  • Support visual branding across social media, announcements, recruitment materials, and campaigns

  • Design or assist with merchandise graphics and show-specific apparel concepts

  • Prepare graphics for digital, print, social, and vendor use

  • Work with the Media & Marketing Director to maintain visual consistency

  • Collaborate with the Merchandise Coordinator on product artwork and mockups

  • Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets

  • Communicate project timelines, design needs, and final files clearly

Qualifications/Desired Traits:

  • Demonstrated commitment to Redline’s mission, values, and organizational success

  • Strong visual design, layout, typography, color, and branding skills

  • Experience creating graphics for social media, marketing, apparel, print, or digital platforms preferred

  • Comfort using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Procreate, Figma, or similar platforms

  • Ability to create clean, professional designs that follow a creative brief and meet deadlines

  • Ability to receive feedback and revise designs as needed

  • Strong organization, communication, creativity, and follow-through skills

  • Ability to collaborate with media, admin, merchandise, fundraising, and design personnel

  • Access to phone, email, computer, reliable internet, and appropriate design software or tools

  • Prior experience in WGI, DCI, marching band, performing arts, graphic design, branding, merchandise design, social media design, or marketing preferred

  • Design portfolio or examples of prior work required
