Safety

THE SAFETY AND WELL-BEING OF OUR MEMBERS & STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL

We strive to create an environment where our team is able to unlock their full potential and gain experience in areas that reach beyond music excellence. The activity has evolved to a stage where all performers are also athletes - and to support this culture Redline has placed a significant focus on creating programs to properly train and support our members - physically and mentally.

  • As part of requirements set by WGI, all Redline employees must complete background checks. Our team is trained and must sign off on our member safety and sexual harassment policies below.

We are also following guidance from WGI by having all of our staff members and volunteers complete the “SafeSport™ Trained” Abuse Prevention course.

  • Redline provides a safe way for members to report any behavior that violates our safety policies via our incident reporting form.

This inbox is monitored by multiple administrators and submissions can be anonymous.

  • We believe wellness reaches far beyond the physical fitness programs we offer. All aspects related to the occupation of music and performance can have an impact on performer wellness, ranging from injury prevention to overall mental health and mindset guidance.

We’ve partnered with Amanda Watson, OTR/L, founder of The Well Musician to implement wellness practices as part of our member experience. The addition of this resource for our members and staff will exist to expand their knowledge about wellness practices and how we can benefit from them within the marching arts.

OUR POLICIES IN DETAIL

We have created the policies below in order to cultivate a safe environment in which our members and staff can thrive.
