Ian Flint
Visual Designer

Ian Flint currently serves as the Director of Music for Dartmouth Public Schools. He is also the Dartmouth High School Concert, Jazz, and Marching Band Director. Prior to his appointment at Dartmouth, he was Director of Bands at Bellows Free Academy in Fairfax, VT where he was featured in an article for The Instrumentalist magazine that highlighted the development of the band program in Fairfax. Ian holds a Bachelors in Music Performance (Tuba) from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Music Education from Plymouth State University, he currently resides in Bristol, RI.

Ian Flint has been active in the marching activity for over 25 years. He was a member of the Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps from 1998-2000 and then was a member of the visual staff from 2004-2007. He is an active visual designer and program coordinator for over 30 ensembles every year. Such notable WGI Percussion Ensembles include Dartmouth High School, Oregon Crusaders Indoor, Paradigm Percussion, Penn State Indoor, Boston University, Old Bridge, Fair Lawn, Norwalk, Westhill, Cranston, Hempfield and Trumbull High Schools.
